Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Black Crown Service. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. This policy applies to ALL products including The Box lock box, Stash Box, Box Refills, Swag, and any other product listed for sale by The Black Crown Service.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or by telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
Customers will receive a tracking number that can be used to track orders and receive estimated delivery times.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
TheBlackCrownService.com ships to addresses within the United States Territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
TheBlackCrownService.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, you may contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or contact us using the "contact us" feature on our website or by email at email@example.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods if you need to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of the United States from www.theblackcrownservice.com
Customers residing in Canada may purchase our products through our Etsy shop here
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products and services are bundled into Kits, you cannot return any item and we are unable to provide refunds. However, The Black Crown Service stands behind it's products and services and will replace any item that is damaged or defective with the same or a similar product of equal value at no additional cost. This policy includes the current selection of cone, wrap or paper included in your original purchase. Please note that a request for any accessories replacement must be made within 7 days of receiving your kit.
