  • What is the Black Crown Service?
    The Black Crown Service is a high-end one stop shop for all of your smoking accessories. Our Stash Box includes a 30-day supply of your choice wraps, cones, or rolling papers, a lockable stash / storage box, two smell proof jars, two smell proof storage tubes, a rolling tray, a grinder, and a candle designed to remove smoking odor delivered discreetly to your home. Say good-bye to frequent trips to your local smoke shop with our Box Refill Kits. Monthly delivery also available when you purchase our subscription service. Enjoy top of the line smoking products and accessories delivered to the privacy of your home on a monthly basis. Each Refill Kit includes a 30-day supply of your choice wraps, cones, or rolling papers in accordance with your package type and a candle designed to remove smoking odor.
  • Can I buy cannabis or CBD from your website?
    No. Currently, The Black Crown Service does not sell cannabis or CBD products.
  • Do I have to purchase a subscription to get a Stash Box?
    Customers interested in purchasing a Stash Box without a subscription can do so via our online store. Each box contains: 1- A lockable storage box 2- Two smell proof storage Jars 3- A rolling tray 4- A 30-day supply of your choice of wraps, papers, or cones commensurate with the package type you select. 5- Two smell-proof tubes 6- A candle designed to eliminate smoking odor 7- An herb grinder We encourage customers to take advantage of our subscription service which replenishes your consumables like wraps, papers, cones, and odor control items on a monthly basis. Why go to your local smoke shop when your shop can come to you?
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can change your subscription anytime on our website by signing in and using the "contact us" feature on the website or by sending us an email at CustomerCare@TheBlackCrownService.com
  • How do I contact The Black Crown Service?
    You may contact us by using the "contact us" feature on our website or via email at customercare@theblackcrownservice.com. Our staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service and will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
  • Can I change the package type, product type, brand and/or flavor of products included in my Subcription Refill Kit?"
    Yes, however, changes are currently limited to package types and/or brands or flavors of rolling papers, wraps, or cones that we have in stock. If you would like to change your Refill Kit package type, the brand and/or flavor of your rolling papers, wraps, or cones so that you receive your newly chosen brand and/or flavored product in your next monthly delivery, you may request a change by using the "contact us" feature at www.theblackcrownservice.com or by sending us an email at customerservice@theblackcrownservice.com. Once your request is received we will respond with a list of the current available products and flavors from which you may choose. Please note that changes to package or product type may also change the cost of services. Please refer to the Box Refill tab on the website menu for service and pricing details. Supplies are limited and changes are available on a limited basis.
